Do not sign for an item that is faulty. You are signing that it is in good condition when received and limit what we can do to help.
Returns & Refunds
If one of our items arrives to you faulty, contact us asap, the sooner the better. But within 24 hours.
We will always work with you to find the best solution possible.
We will require photos of the item/s and packaging at time of compliant as we photograph/video our items before posting and will need these photos to refer back to our photos and this is also for our insurance company to investigate if need be. In the case of damaged in transit, we will lodge an item with shipping company and their insurance department will investigate. In some cases,you will need to return the item/s to us, for inspection.
If it has been decided to offer a refund but the item/s are being kept, compensation for the drop in value will be given.
Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds on postage.
If a refund is to be issued, it will be made to the original payment method as this is required by law.
Change of Mind
We do not offer refunds for change of mind.
If at our discretion, we accept a request for a refund, it will incur a 10 to 30% restocking fee, depending how far into production it is.
